These UUIDs allow us to maintain fair progression and continuity across sessions.
We collect and store IP addresses to:
Enforce IP bans and mutes
Automatically prevent punishment evasion

All IP processing is automated by our systems. Only Management+ team members have access to view IP addresses when required for moderation or security purposes.
Discord integration is excluded from the IP logging system entirely, and no IP data is collected or displayed there.
Your data is used solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Minespells network and its features. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties unless required as such by the laws of the United Kingdom, Wales and Northern Ireland
Account and gameplay data (including UUIDs, coin balances, levels, items, and voting information) may be retained indefinitely to preserve player progress and maintain the integrity of the Minespells network.
Inactive accounts are not automatically deleted or reset, as this data forms part of legitimate gameplay continuity.
IP logs related to punishments are retained only as long as necessary for enforcement and security purposes.
